Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you'll find answers to common questions about renting the STL Wedding Wagon. We're here to help make your wedding planning as smooth as possible.
How do I see if the date I need is available?
Simply email us at stlweddingwagon@gmail.com with the date of your event. We will promptly respond to let you know if the date is available.
How long can I rent the wagon?
We are very flexible with the dates. We understand there is much to coordinate for a wedding. We will work with you on a pick-up and drop-off time that is convenient for you. The typical rental period is a day or two before the event and a day or two after the event. For example, if the event is on Saturday, a typical rental is Thursday to Monday.
Are there any rules about where the wagon can go or how it can be used?
The wagon can be used anywhere as long as it comes back in the same condition as it was when you rented it. With it being mostly white, we do not allow it in muddy places.
Pets can use the wagon as long as all the pet hair is cleaned off the bedding and pillows.
Do you deliver?
Yes! There is an extra charge for this. Please see the pricing page for additional information.
Why is everything coordinated through email and not through the website?
We are a small mother/daughter owned business. To keep costs down and streamline the process, we found that communicating and booking through email is the best and most efficient way to provide our service.
